A journey back home to yourself…

This is an invitation for you to embark on the journey of Inner Work and Self-Discovery. In our 1:1 sessions, I offer you a soft and sensitive space to uncover, understand, and undo the limiting beliefs and patterns of your life. The process involves self-inquiry and body-based mindfulness. If you feel ready, I welcome you on this sacred path of healing and realising who you truly are.

about Sessions

  • You might get the sense that your life isn’t what it could be. That there’s a life out there waiting for you, a meaningful and enriching one, but you can’t quite experience it – some things are in your way.

    You might feel stuck or lonely in a job or relationship or life situation that isn’t working for you, or you might’ve parted ways with someone or something and now you don’t know who you are, what you want, or why it’s so hard…

    Whatever your situation, however confusing or disheartening it may be, something has called you to begin the work of questioning the patterns and narratives that determine your reality so you can go beyond suffering and live the fulfilling life you desire.

  • What comes, ultimately, is a deeper connection to yourself and your essence.

    A feeling of being at home right here, in your body, instead of relying on external situations as conditions for your peace and happiness.

    What comes, also, is a letting go of the past, greater self-understanding and self-love, and the ability to be with uncomfortable emotions. You might get triggered less frequently, and when you do get triggered, you know what to do. You might speak up more, say what’s true for you, and all without second-guessing yourself. You might find that you can intuitively choose what’s right for you and lead a life that is truly your own, no matter what other people think or say.

  • Healing happens when you feel safe enough to be with your inner disturbance, instead of turning away from it. With my presence, attention, and an open heart, my hope is to communicate to you: Yes, you are here, sitting before me. And what you are experiencing right now is real. In being seen and heard in this way, and then developing your own capacity to see and hear yourself in this way, there is healing.

    Transformation happens when you let go of mental stories and beliefs that warp reality and hold you back. With my guidance in self-inquiry and body-based mindfulness, you’ll uncover, understand, and work to undo these mental limitations. By letting these go, you don’t become someone new, but you return to the enoughness and okayness you always were, before you were conditioned to be otherwise.

  • You’ll bring a situation in your life, and I’ll be by your side as we explore the thoughts and feelings alive in it. Anything can happen as we open to each moment spontaneously.

    Over time, we’ll work with the mind-body connection for you to process any buried emotions, and reprogram what you believe to be true.

    I am influenced by my studies in counselling and psychology, my work as a yoga teacher and meditation guide, and my own inner work and journey of self-discovery involving Byron Katie’s The Work. You can read about my personal practices that influence my work here.

    Note: Sessions are currently offered in person on Sundays, and online via Zoom on Mondays & Tuesdays.

  • The rate for a 60-minute online session is $120.

    A package of 5 sessions is $550.

    A package of 10 sessions is $990.

    I don’t believe money should be a barrier to getting support for your mental, emotional, and spiritual health. If these rates are outside what you can afford, please contact me, and we can have a chat about how to make something work.
